You must be legal smoking age for the state in which you reside to obtain and use a credit card and to purchase electronic cigarette products. In instances in which credit card verification is not enough, we may require to review your identification card. You will be asked to fax or email a legible copy of your identification clearly showing your age and shipping address. We will require a signed authorization note along with a legible copy of your identification card. We will cancel the order if proper identification cannot be given in an appropriate amount of time.

- I tried to complete my order but when checking out I keep getting the error, " You have failed the age/address verification requirements needed to purchase product(s) on this site. After clicking OK, you will be redirected to the home page of this site." How do I fix this error?
Please be aware that you will receive this error for the age verification services during checkout if:
You provided the incorrect name (the name provided during checkout must to be your legal name, abbreviations or nicknames will not work)
Ex. If your legal name is Thomas Bradley but you enter Tom Bradley, the age verification services will send us a response that the verification failed and will not let the order through. Another example would be if your legal name was Richard L Jones, but you enter Dick Jones or Rich Jones, the age verification services will not be able to confirm your identity and will not let the order through. The name and address provided must match with public records.
Also, if you recently moved or are using an address that is not available on your public records, the age verification services will send a match failed response.
Ex. A customer moved to a new address over a year ago but never opened any new lines of credit or changed their address with the DMV since they moved. That customer entered their new address during checkout, however, since the new address was not associated with the customers public records, the age verification services could not confirm the persons identity or age and failed the order.
If you recently failed the age verification services, you will need to wait 24 hours till another attempt can be made.
- I keep receiving the error CVV or CVV2 Mismatch, what does this mean?
CVV or CVV2 is the 3 or 4 digit code on your credit card. For Visa, Mastercard or Discovercard users, the 3 digit code will be on the back of your card in the signature box. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express for payments.
- I keep receiving the error AVS REJECTED, what does this mean?
AVS stands for "address verification services". If the billing address you entered does not match with the address on file with the card used to complete the transaction, our system will automatically reject the transaction.
